HOW TO GET A BAR GIRL TO PAY YOU - ANGELES CITY PHILIPPINES My wife has a small business selling woman's clothing and and other woman's products. Some of here clients are bar girls that work in the clubs on Walking Street/Fields Avenue. The girls get paid on Thursdays, so we walk up on the weekends to collect the money that is owed to us. So if you want a bar girl to pay you, just sell them something. And that's how you get a bar girl to pay you. Manila Bay Cafe formerly LA Cafe Ermita Malate Best 24 Hour Bar. The legendary LA Cafe, now known as the Manila Bay Cafe owned and operated by an Australian group is a 24 Hour Bar and Restaurant along the seedy Ermita Street Red Light District of Malate. While the neighborhood may be intimidating, this bar is always open for a last stop of evening activities with live bands and pool tables and good bar chow. The ground floor is populated by numerous free lance ladies looking for company while the second floor has live bands performance throughout the evening and is relatively less busy. Check out this historical party landmark if you dare! Thank you for watching. By now, it is an oft told tale as to how former Peace Corps volunteer and college professor Jim Turner was so inspired by Tolkien's Lord of the Rings books that he founded a bar called Hobbit House entirely staffed by "little people." Since it opened in 1973 along mabini St., Malate, the bar has become so famous that it has since opened a branch in boracay. From its original location in 1801 Mabini St., regulars now flock to its new site in M.H. del Pilar St., which is just a short walk away from the Ermita Church. The bar was moved to its new address in 2007. Unlike the unassuming façade of its old building, Hobbit House can now be easily seen from the street with its huge mural, which features the lead characters of Tolkien's book. Up front is a huge, colorful circular door. Once guest...
Eng/Taga/Nat It's a city renowned for its hospitable and keenly competitive bars, but this one has a unique attraction. The Hobbit House in the Philippines' capital, Manila, boasts more than just food, drink and music. Its staff are a small but significant part of its pulling power. This is Hobbit House, a pub located within the former red light district of Manila. The venue has been attracting customers for 20 years. But it's not the great line-up of bands, the food, or even glamorous bar-girls that's pulling in the crowds. The customers come to Hobbit House for its unique staff... UPSOUND: "Hey boss! Hobbit House, sir." The pub employs 12 dwarves who work alongside staff of normal height. They mingle with customers, serving drinks. The dwarves don't feel exploited - the...
Here I ask the Manila Bulletin's diplomatic journalist Roy Mabasa what he thinks of President Duterte. We had a great night with Roy, his 3 government official friends and Ben Razon the owner of the Oarhouse Pub in Bocobo St. Malate Manila.

The EDSA International Entertainment Complex in Pasay, Metro Manila. First the front neon signs facing F.B. Harrison Road. Then a look inside the atrium yard. Then a visit inside a lounge bar, typical for the complex. Then a view of the outside café where dancers and Guest Relations Officers relax when they are on break.
Taking a walk in Ermita Manila showing you the Aussie hotel accommodation options. There are lots of Americans and Brits that stay in these hotels too, and prices range from U.S. $20 TO $25 a night for most of these pubs. My opinion is that the Duck Inn is the best, with the best rooms, best food and best staff.

Not knowing very much about the Philippines before I visited, I was pleasantly surprised by Manila and Subic and how they both reminded me of America. The highlight of the trip was getting a chance to visit a Vietnamese boat people refugee camp near Baataan. I met some friendly Pinoys too. The food was great. The transportation readily available. And the landscape extremely beautiful. There are plenty to see and do as well. -------------------------------------------------- About Me: I'm Kyle Le and I live, travel, and eat in Vietnam and many Asian countries. Travel video about destination South East Asia. South East Asia is a fascinating, atmospheric and exotic world full of unspoiled nature and cultural treasures and a region in which both past and present live side by side and unite in a wonderful way. Myanmar, The Land Of Golden Pagodas: for decades the rulers of what was once known as Burma closed the country’s doors to the outside world and many of its fine religious sanctuaries were badly neglected but they have now gradually been given the respect that they deserve. Inlay Lake is home to the Inthas, one of the many tribes that came to Myanmar from various of South East Asia’s neighbouring countries. Throughout the area are the floating plantations of the Inthas on which tomatoes, cucumbers and beans are cultivated. A journey on the Sh...
